Account Eligibility and Creation

To Register and maintain an active account on PKRSpin, you must comply with the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your legal jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform.
• Each user, mobile phone number, device, and payment wallet is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. Creating multiple or duplicate accounts to abuse bonuses or exploit platform systems is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during signup, including your active Pakistani mobile number (+92).

Account Security and Verification

• Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for keeping your Login credentials, password, and transaction PIN secure. PKRSpin is not liable for unauthorized account activity resulting from shared or compromised credentials.
• Verification (OTP): PKRSpin reserves the right to request mobile number verification via SMS OTP or secondary security checks prior to processing payouts or account modifications.
• Suspicious Activity: Accounts suspected of using automated scripts, unauthorized third-party software, or modified APKs will face immediate suspension or permanent termination.

Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions within the PKRSpin app are processed subject to strict operational guidelines:

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through supported local mobile wallet channels, such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• The destination wallet number for withdrawal requests must match the registered account details of the user.
• While PKRSpin strives to process deposit and withdrawal requests promptly, processing times may vary depending on local payment network stability, system maintenance, or mandatory security reviews.
• Users must adhere to defined transaction limits (minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal thresholds) specified on the in-app wallet page.

Platform Rules and User Conduct

By using PKRSpin, you agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, or tamper with application code, security protocols, or algorithms.
• Exploiting system glitches, software bugs, or network delays for unfair advantage.
• Utilizing abusive, harassing, or fraudulent language when interacting with customer support staff or other platform users.
• Submitting false claims or initiating fraudulent chargebacks/disputes.

Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, UI designs, graphics, dynamic text, software assets, and proprietary content associated with PKRSpin are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal use. Copying, redistributing, or re-engineering any platform assets without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and “As Is” Disclaimer

• The PKRSpin platform, software, and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• PKRSpin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation, as technical maintenance, internet disruption, or third-party server errors may occur.
• PKRSpin shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, connectivity drops, or payment processing delays outside its reasonable control.

Account Termination and Suspension

PKRSpin reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate user accounts under the following conditions:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of multi-accounting, fraud, or abuse of referral programs.
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Amendments and Modifications

Pkr Spin reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
